By accessing or using Moon Market (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Moon Market is a prediction market aggregation and trading terminal. We aggregate data from third-party venues including Polymarket, Kalshi, and dFlow. We do not operate a prediction market exchange ourselves.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Prediction market trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States (for certain venues).
The Platform uses wallet-based authentication (Solana and/or EVM-compatible wallets). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and any credentials derived during your use of the Platform.
We do not store your private keys. Any API credentials derived for third-party trading (e.g., Polymarket CLOB V2) are encrypted and stored locally on your device.
The Platform integrates with and aggregates data from third-party prediction market venues. Your use of these venues is governed by their respective terms of service:
Moon Market is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party service. We do not guarantee the execution, settlement, or outcome of any trade placed through the Platform.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market data, signals, sentiment analysis, and leaderboard rankings are provided for informational purposes only.
You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. Past performance of traders on the leaderboard does not guarantee future results.

The Platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Moon Market team. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective licensing terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOON MARKET AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
